Free Community license

Request a Community license JWT from the public issuer. The returned token is the source of truth for tier, seat entitlement, expiry, and grace; review the applicable EULA before using it in an environment.

Install

Save the token above as license.jwt (the Download button does this).
Point the gateway at it — either set MCPGW_LICENSE_JWT to the token, or mount the file at the configured license path (e.g. /etc/mcpgw/license.jwt, mode 0600).
Start the gateway and check GET /readyz returns 200.

Community licenses are valid for the period shown when minted; request a fresh one before expiry. Verification is fully offline — the gateway never calls home.
